I don’t know how you feel about new year resolutions, but in the past, I made resolutions for myself and every year I struggle with the implementation. So for this year I decided to change this!

First of all, I want to say, that the year of 2018 was very tough for me (honest emotions). 

I quit my job to concentrate more on my psy studies, I left behind my beloved apartment and went through emotional ups and downs. Sometimes I forgot to stay true to myself and forgot to love myself before anyone else. 

For the year 2019 the most important resolution for me is to stay true and really care of my deepest emotions and to think about my needs at first. I’m not selfish, but sometime I forget this.. 

My second resolution is to stay healthy. I love to train with Oti because he motivates me and tells me no bullshit. I don’t want to look like 90-60-90 Models, but I want to feel comfy. I won’t cancel any food habits btw! I’m just going to eat balanced. BALANCE IS THE KEY!

And last but not least, my third resolution is to focus on the real shit. Me and Nicole aren’t the biggest ones, we know that we just began but we are as loud as the big ones, so be careful and watch out!! Many things will come, and we are so ready for it. I’m going to focus more on our IG Acc. to deliver good stuff for you guys. 

So all in all, it is not important to make resolutions just to make ones, it is important that you can put them into practice.

  1. I do not comment, but I read some of the comments on this page New year resolutions – FUDGE2GETHER.
    I actually do have a few questions for you if it’s okay.

    Could it be simply me or do a few of these comments look like they are written by
    brain dead people? 😛 And, if you are posting at additional online
    social sites, I would like to keep up with you. Would you make a list of all
    of your shared pages like your linkedin profile, Facebook page or twitter feed?
